Sea of faces, caring smiles
Hypocrisy amongst the crowd
You think I dont see the falseness
And I hear, oh so very loud.
How ya doin'? Is all okay?
Yeah right, like I believe you today!
What can possibly be different
I am the same as I was yesterday
Why pretend you care
And sit in judgement of my way.
You dont know me, you never tried
Dont try to change me, I have had that ride.
You look away, dont wanna know
When tears for no reason I show.
So dont pretend you care
When everything seems alright
Where are you when I need a friend the most
