The mind is a complex thing
Controls absolutely everything
From a smile
To a blink of an eye
But its fragile at the same time
Normally everything seems fine
Then its not its a very fine line
From a trauma or memory in time
That would be best left behind
Out of the blue a sudden change of mood
So low and subdued
Not hungry
Off your food
Feeling tired body aches
Hands tremor
You get the shakes
As memories from the past come flooding back
Anxiety and panic attacks
Feeling scared like your gonna die
Get a paper bag and breathe deeply inside
Until the panic attack subsides
A funny thing the complex and fragile mind
