Guilt walks on the heels

of death, too close...

you cannot see the truth.

Heartbreak blinds the eye,

tears fall.

Yet guilt repeats the question:

Did I do enough?

going through some of that

going through some of that myself at the present, second guessing the past is never easy, and to paraphrase Stephen, it's better to evict what you can't change, and move forward on what you can.  Excellent thought provoking read, always a pleasure.
