I sit alone in my room
thinking of you
while you're thinking of the girl
thats too good to be true
and the tears won't stop falling
and it won't be all right
My heart feels empty
all day and all night
To hear about her
and how perfect she is
I want to be that perfect girl
thats my one and only wish
but shooting stars won't help
and no coins in the pond will do
nothing can make my dream come true:
