Stuart Staub
Under this static, sapphire sky
I've found a thing that never dies
It never fades away to dust
It never breaks, corrodes, or rusts
It never tangles, knots, or frays
It never rots itself away
It never leaves without a word
It never proves itself absurd
It never wants for sake of wanting
It never daunts for sake of daunting
I found it
One smoky night of Fall
It simply is
Right now
This moment
That's all
I just watched it come and go
And it could now be yours
For all I know
It's funny how a single moment, and a feeling in that moment, can mean so much. Like I know what the hell I'm talking about. Anyway, I've noticed an obcurity, almost intangibility, in your writing. It's like you don't come right out to the point, only flirting around the edges of a concrete idea, but by the end of the poem, it's right there in front of you. Another excellent work, my friend.
You are superb!
