This secern dissonance
It is not us
Unbecoming of promises
Unspoken though they may be
Why wait?
For
Waiting brings one only
Closer to death.
Which is inevitable, surely, so
Let's hold it off a while

Yes it takes courage
To love
And we're scared, surely, so
Let's embolden one another

"Be brave and love somebody"
You said
Though not to me
Our ethereal appetance
Brought it to my ears

This is not really living.
A poor facsimile that time is beginning to catch hold of
Life is all we have, surely, so
Let's learn how to live.
