Coffee,

you are the only one who soothes me.

I am energized because of you.

When I get sleepy,

you are there to give me that caffeine kick.

Your aroma awakens my senses and

you satisfy me in almost every way.

You are the perfect compliment to my mornings.

Sometimes I even drink you

in the afternoon or at night-

that's how addicted I've become to you.

You are my pill in liquid form,

the air that I breathe,

the one to jump start my day,

my insomniac friend,

my java joe!

So cheers to the one I love:
