oragami waves

set sail
go astray
in these awkward moving waves
floating on in this place
on top of empty wrinkled space

pack my bags
move away
pacing on day by day
come right back where i lay
in these oragami waves

shout and cry
find my place
circle around in decay
resting hard

will you stay?
but i always go away

desert wind
blowing sand
flowing through these frail hands
come right back where i stand
in this oragami land

silent call
pale shade
as the brightness fades away
sent Your Son, take my faith
turn it into something great

subtle shame
comes again
from behind me strength is gained
settle down in my pain
in this oragami rain
