The Queen, my splendid, lovely Lady, Anne
said that the Princes should not spend an hour
more in their small apartment in the Tower
and that the danger---for which I designed
the strategy that had kept them confined
there---had now passed. The realm should be at peace.
And this sequester of them ought to cease.
Their innate need, however, still portends
that they---and whom they will choose as boyfriends---
may yet face danger (which has a wide span
and reach) from those whose hatreds have maligned
their innocent desires. Some obscure farm
somewhere, with wildflower meadows and a bower
will safeguard them, and their lovers, from harm.
