+ 1ST POEMS: Written Because Of A Caustic Wariness Of "Brother" Springly Whereabouts, Preaching On And On

. . . and cast forth the wares . . .

---Jonah 1:5

I asked Brother Whereabouts, once, "Have you ever preached on the Epistle of Saint Jude?"

He looked at me with ferocious rage, just like a feral attitude:

"Why would you inquire that, Brother?  Jude's letter belongs to 'Kingdom Teaching.'"

And that was a clue to that church's future---marked by his mediocre preaching.

Author's Notes/Comments:

One can always depend on a dispensationalist to object to something.  The person whom the poem describes was, or perhaps still is, best described by a term I just recently heard---"a teeshirt preacher."
