"First, you must strive to impugn the character of your victim---
before the assault, if possible, but, if not, definitely after his death.
"Next, find some way to suggest that the victim's behavior brought
the assault upon himself. This makes him somewhat responsible
for the horrific effects that follow.
"Finally, rename the roads. Remove the barbed wire on which he
was suspended. The ground on which he suffered has been
sanctified as a place where his blood cries to God. You cannot
unsanctify that soil where his blood has fallen: his blood is more
powerful than you know because it bears witness against you
before the face of God Himself. Build no monument to him.
Prevent mourners from erecting a memorial, even the most
makeshift.
"No sunlight or rain, no change of season, not even a scorching
or sowing with salt can silence the blood on that soil---his blood---
that will cry to God against you, and will bear witness against you,
today and until the Day of Reckoning."
