"Satisfaction guaranteed" was an implied or expressed
warranty that their culture affixed to almost every
product or service they manufactured or provided:
like this distress call---transmitted by a satellite launched
immediately prior to their planet's demise,
caused (in an appreciable irony) by another one of
their mechanisms that, also, guaranteed their
satisfaction, ultimately, finally, and irrevocably.
A millenium^cubed since they destroyed their earth, and
still their mechanical creations continue to function, to
repair and replicate themselves, and to provide---to
guarantee---the satisfaction of their constructors, though
long extinct: and, as they taught us, Satisfaction guaranteed.
