[after 1 Corinthians 2:2; 2 Corinthians 6:2]
I love Easter, and have since I was nine
years old. But Saint Paul's ancient words provide
the emphasis in which our inspiration
must, in obedience to faith, abide:
to know Christ, only, and Him crucified.
And man-made liturgy, that degradation
of holy and devoted concentration,
must not define the present given day's
meaning or emphasis in time's arrays:
because today is THE day of Salvation.
To these, our spiritual paths must align.
