You can be saved and now it---know it well,
with sweet relief you will not go to hell.
The great Apostle, John, had much to tell
about that in his writings, to dispel
the crawling fear that questions ouor Salvation,
and whispers of the torments of damnation.
But Brother John stepped up to face that strife:
and preached, and wrote (without least hesitation):
BELIEVE IN CHRIST UNTO ETERNAL LIFE.
