God sends an angel

From Heaven above

to spread to the people

the magic of LOVE!



They are sent here to guide us,

to catch us when we fall

to teach us wrong from right,

and to stand by us through it all!



They guard us through the nite

and lead us in the day

They help us through the path of life

that god has sent our way!



They teach us to be thankful

for our fortunate wealth

to manage our emotions

through sickness and in health.



They pick us up to carry us

through times when we've become lost

They sacrifice their own selves

to save us at any cost!



They watch us grow, they watch us learn

they watch us laugh and cry.

They were there the day you were born

and are there till the day you die!



They carry your prayers to the Lord himself,

and help to grant your request.

They help you to make the most of your life

by being the very best!



So next time you kneel to pray,

Thank God for the glorious earth,

but also be sure to thank your angel

that has helped make you all you are worth!
