The Light
You’ve made me see the light in me
One that before I refused to even see
A bright glow now upon my cheeks
A voice inside once hushed now speaks
Warmth inside me, and love to give
After all the pain, a reason to live
Smile on my face, a twinkle in my eyes
You silenced my demon, kissed away my cries
Hope you give me, a longing to succeed
Once caged up, my heart you have freed.
With trusting arms you cradle me tight
Hold me close through out the night
Completely amazed by what you have done
My love, my trust and heart you have won
I give to you my heart so willing and true
Now and forever this heart belongs to you.

I'm not sure who you are but there's no competition at all.. You could never be what he is, and you could never do what he does. You're a fragment of the past nothing more, and never will be. Just stop this and move on.
Well it seems like you've found the guy for you. It's too bad that the guy of your dreams isn't me anymore. I know we had some good times, and I know we had our bad times. I just can't stop thinking of you, knowing that you're happy with someone else gets to me.I always thought that no matter what, we'd have survived anything. I guess I was wrong. I know mostly it was my fault. I understand that, and even though you gave me chance after chance I still fucked it up. I use to be the light in you, made you laugh and smile, god knows what happened I can't change, but maybe someday we'll be together again. I just hope that this new guy your seeing know's that there's some competition now. I'm playing for keeps. Robin, you're all I think about and all I dream about, and I know in my heart that your the only one for me. I just hope someday you'll see it too, and I know you will. I'm willing to fight for you. You'll always be my angel, and you know it.
