Through the Rain
I pull myself together in search of a new day,
The sun shines as it did yesterday,
As it had done the day before that,
The sky is clear, pure and promising,
The daisy's sway in the light breeze,
Thoughts of mourning turn to comfort,
One placed in her hair. She smiles.
Thoughts of tomorrow flow gracefully,
Thunder claps loudly and still she stands,
Still she stand smiling as the rain pours down.
I like this peom alot. U know the song by Mariah Carey "through the rain", that song reminds me of u. Just becuz u have been through hell with all the guys you've dated and your still strong. Standing through the rain. Good poem robin. And Shi-Eun has critique your peoms more than mine, thats not fair! The boy never critiques mine.... he's gonna get it. lol. anyhoo, great poem robin. U'll make it through the rain, into the sunshine, where u belong. :)
