Dear Daddy

Daddy I'm sorry you hate me

I never meant for that to be

All I wanted was for you to love me

So here I sit patiently

I never meant to disapoint you

With the words you say,I guess I do

Oh daddy I don't understand

Why you show such reprimand

I wish you knew how you made me cry

Because I don't know your reasons why

Why the pain in me you bestow

Why you choose not to let me know

Why my heart bends and breaks

With all your lies and my mistakes

so many things I wish I could tell you

Oh daddy I don't know what to do.

Ah! Robin1 This is striking
and touchingly heart-rendering!

It is apiece that should leave
everyone thinking and striving
hard to make our families better
homes - especially the children
parents relationship symbolised
here by this Father-daughter
relationship gone bad.

Love, indeed, should be the
watchword!!
