I am an angel

Good or bad

I'll comfort you when you are sad

I'll build you up when you feel low

I'll make you laugh until you glow

I'll be the shoulder on which you cry

I'll help you out if you need to say goodbye

I'll be the angel of your dreams

I'll help you fix the ripped seams

I'll help mend a broken heart

I'll find a safe place to begin again when you want to start

I'll lift you up if you fall down

I'll make you smile instead of frown

But most of all I'll be the friend

In which you confide

I'll always be there by your side

I'll be there to wipe your tears

I'll chase away all your fears

I am an angel

Good or bad

I'll comfort you when you are sad.
