So What's The Fix?
Where does repair begin for a world that is broken? In the U.S. we can begin by not allowing "attachments" or "ammendments" to laws that go to the floor for a vote. The entire intent of a law is underminded by "agenda" wielders (who use the shell for their cause and omit the original author's aim) - and no one challenges tradition because it's easy and without the shortcut, they would have to roll up their sleeves, go to work, and use a brain.
