Many think they have the answers
Most often they are too far up their own assess
And perhaps I'm one of them,
but doing the right thing is never easy
What do you do when you have a bunch of losers
Trying to tell you what to do?
It's this: you do what's right, or what's fair,
BUT NOT FOR YOU!
but even your best intentions
cant make right some assholes vision
after a fight it is an easy decision
when all else fails get out of there!

There people so blind programmed to thier own bullshit
they cant see anything else, these are dangerous people .
Get the hell away! Give em a dose of thier own shit!
manipulative coniving assholes who just wait thier way.
The right thing is simple to recognise and the hardest to do
but stick to it and over time it will work for you.

So here's how it works;
There's a dilemma;
its only really a dillema because more than one person's expectations and opinions are involved of people who believe hey have a personal stake in the situation. I say personal, because reactions to things are personal views, whether its business or otherwise.

So there's a dilemma, say 3 people have an opinion 2 are angry and thinking with thier pride one is thinking whole situation this is the person who has authority over the decision a right way person is town between the two, but knows immature and silly reactions are not helpful are selfish and lack integrity, its hard to choose the right thing because either one will be unhappy... Wrong! They should both be unhappy, those two sleep at night, the person who does the right thief gets thier anger and frustration projected on to themselves. But, the decision is fair favours no emotion and follows six principles, which means one side could be as wrong or more wronged than the other.

1) Take the emotion out of it.
2) A sense of fairness governed by goodwill
3)The desire for the kind or harsh truth to prevail,
4)The innocent must be protected. That's right the innocent protected!
5) think about what the hardest thing to do is and do it!
6) dont change your mind walk away in stead!

Rule of thumb? The harder it is to please everyone the righter the thing to do but there is certainly NO pleasing yourself!

DOING THE RIGHT THING IS ALWAYS HARD, THE HARDER IT IS TO DO THE MORE YOU KNOW IT'S THE RIGHT THING TO DO.
Be something else, do it.
