Another love gone astray,
Another sad lovesong written away
Who knows,
Where the next attack awaits?
Wounded warriors of love wars
kiss your scars count your scores
Who wills,
Love to life only to die again?
Mead of life or scalpel of pain
Consumate or deny its all the same
Who dares,
Take on the mighty wings of love?
you'll Run away, only to turn and fall again.
It will find you one way or the other and stain.
Who wins,
With The mighty wages of war so high?
keep fighting the fight of fights
every lover a Casualty of twisted fates
Who suffers,
So willingly for a love so unwillingly begotten?
Every starcrossed lover written in the book of
Higher love with my name next to theirs.

Satsong yeah I like these lines too, and stsrcrossed lovers, there's about 50 versions in my poems of the book of higher love I got a thing for it, loving your work, ROC I will think of coming up with a chorus, and we can flog the rights off 50/50 split of the royalties ;) you're welcome to help lol!
