Humanity whoever, whatever, come what may;
no body ever stays.
all gleaming with thier best features
not even close, off they go like heartless creatures
when once they've wrung what they wanted
and every last drop of interest or require letted
far beyond thier superficial needs.
dirty pen nibs write of dirty deeds
and soaked in cloaked truths
and twisted metal lies scrape the skin
and tingle the jaw before vomiting sin
selfish muck that clouds the nation
schmuck after schmuck in the pity parade station.
its eough to lose faith in humanity
thank God for my spirit of which none of these have broken...
You know...
This day and age is fast-paced and without rest. People struggle to make the most of each day, and they won't let themselves slow down. And they lose sight of what matters - at least for the goal oriented people (such as I am). That, and people are so hungry for relationship and yet care not enough for the people they like. They dance from crush to crush, and heart to heart. Its not a good thing.

its very socially fast paced i find yes. everywhere else , lags
behind. theres too many easy ways to do things and too many shonky people ready willing and able to rip someone off. I know what you mean about hungry for a spiritual relationship which as funny as it seems can be found of the flesh. spiritual connections are very strong in humans. thats why most of us believe in something out there. I dont have to sell a particular religion to anybody, but a spiritual base is incredibly important. :) I love your passion for christ. it rivals mine for God. Same thing hey? :) Cheers SS
