When?
When did it happen?
Fatted calfs
All for the slaughter.
When did men become mice?
When did women become ice?
When did the sole of you shoe
Matter more than the soul in you?
When did you listen to one drone?
Mass retail
Mass production
Mass media
Mass opinion
Mass activism
Instead of
Mass and morals
When did the good life look so dark?
When did they switch you off
so you couldn't think?
Follow the pied piper
handing out superficial ideas.
Trust is a broken word
When your faith lies in the zombie nation
Of the United No States of hate yourself
WHO are you?
Where did you go?
Where all the other rats went
And now you know,
Tell me when did you forget to think you should really test what you're told and to finally speak out?
Dumb cunts reserve the right to all the shit, and it didn't cost them a thing, was all think free.
A programming of the loss of free will.
Afraid to die for freedom we live off the crums of information they feed.

Seems to me like, every so often, some segment of the world's many peoples experience a kind of lunancy. One thinks of the ordinary people of relatively good will who voted the National Socialists into the Reichtag, in 1933, so that President Hindenburg was forced to offer the chancelorship to the ferocious house-painter. In the same way, I believe, our own electorate entered lunacy in 2016, when we elected the first unpresidential holder of that office, the inkeeper (and golf course investor), whose lack of couth led to the tragic events of January 6. Germany enacted laws to prevent a resurgence of their national shame. I hope and pray that the various court proceedings against the innkeeper will result in a criminal verdict that would, similtaneously, effect an electoral disqualification. I hope that the development of our internet technology, and of the instand news cycle, will provide us early warnings of the onset of such madness, such electoral and political lunacy, and that the safeguards that the Founders (having been, previously, subjects of a madman who disregarded the dignity of the monarchy) wrote into the Constitution will prevent a reprise of either the incitement to attack the capitol, or of that dismal time, 2016-2020. When the Hindenburg exploded over Lakehurst i1937, the people of that time did not recognize that such a tragedy was also a metaphor of the possibilities (and the realities) that were looming over the horizon of time future. I hope we, as a nation of many peoples united under one Constitution, can bring a swift and pre-emptive end to a return to lunacy, without further need for the metaphor of some effected tragedy. I hope I have not spoken, or written, out of turn.

I see the Jan 6 differently but I understand what you are saying. Wont go into politics because no one will be happy with my answers because I find faults and credit in uncomfortable places. Truth is awkward like that. Hugss
