I Wrote Congress
Twice last month, got back two letters asking for $20.00 to support them in their work. It's their job. They are already paid and have resources to advocate for the voters. Reserving (setting aside more) bandwidth for business and limiting (decreasing bandwidth availability to pubilic) or charging service fees to use the net is some of the issue. Want to bet the military and secret service do not want to reserve more bandwidth for their traffic and starwarsesque based weapons and spy on US citizens? Ten bucks! Freedom trickles away.
