Sometimes, standing on one toe,

I turn round and round, so fast

that the world seems to go around

long after I stopped.



Let us not create a Market-

Hype so strong that

the associates can't realize

how to build for the near term.



Let us not prepare an environment

so ironclad that

we crush the vase when

all we wanted is to touch and feel.



But, if you are the associate,

keep doing whatever you are doing

faster, better and more of it

for the near-term and the long-term.



                        Don't worry; it is only an illusion.
