Faith, the substance of things not seen but the wind’s evidence is there.

We may not touch an angel’s wings or in God’s face to stare.

No one knows what a miracle is but we see one every day.

If we don’t have faith to believe, our Father will show us the way.



We cannot have faith unless we ask, it tells us in His book.

Our measure of trusting is freely given if only we will look.

Scientists tell us the world just happened, it didn’t take God’s hand.

Every life that is built on reason alone is nothing but sinking sand.



I look into the eyes of my grandson, the child that would never be.

And view the colors of the rainbow, God’s awesome promise to me.

Play the works of Beethoven, a hand with nerves destroyed.

Don’t tell me there are no miracles, it will make me quite annoyed.



For those of you who choose to doubt but want more faith to believe;

Look around you for the powers of God, and be ready to receive.

Don’t look for what you cannot see, just look to the heavens above.

And accept all the miracles of life, which are sent to you with love.
