Your life is a beautiful day
Your birth the rising sun
Brings light drenched in hope
To dark and frozen landscapes
Only here and there do
Clouds block out your warmth
Each one a temporary hindrance
Always will your spirit endure
Illuminating the dark once more
As you come to cross the zenith
Your rays will shine hot and bright
As demons below pray for reprieve
As your arc lands upon the horizon
A stunning sunset finale becoming
Ever more breathtaking by the second
Will make angels beg for just a little more
Until finally your orange globe
sinks beneath the horizon
quietly leaving the earth dark
The world will mourn your passing
Through the night until the pain fades
And they reminisce in fantastic dreams
I pray perchance you are born again
Into a new life and a new day
If only so that I may bask in the beauty
