Betas
The betas I've had in my life.
Ulyssess, Allegro, Phoenix, and Tyrian.
All good pets while I could not have one.
Ulyssess was blue, lasted about a year.
He jumped out of his bowl and committed suicide.
Allegro was redish-yellow, lasted two months.
He just died without cause.
Phoenix was red, lasted a year.
He died b/c I forgot to change the water.
Tyrian is purplish-red, lasted seven months.
He had a fish heart attack.
Why did I have beta fish?
Because I couldn't have a real pet, like a cat.
My college dorm and now apartment won't allow them.
hi Moriah,I too have a Beta, mines purple and reddish with slight blues .Have mine only a couple months. Try this get piece of fresh bamboo stalk put in bowl it omits 02. I also live in apt where pets are not allowed and like you would also like to have a cat. Can relate to this piece!
