Not all my dreams are unobtainable,
In your eyes I see my destiny.
Carrying the troubles of my past,
How hard it is to let go of the pain that's gone before.
Only in your arms am I free.
Let me stay with you for all eternity.
All my fears, my doubts, my pain are buried deep.
Somehow, I know, I've got to let them go.
When I think of my life without you
All I can do is weep and hold on to you tighter.
Reality isn't perfect, but neither are we.
Do you think you can forgive me someday?
Perhaps you can't see how I feel.
Even knowing you as I do it's hard.
Trying so much to be the girl you need,
Even when I know you deserve more than I can give you.
Remember that first day together?
Someday our lives will be just as perfect again.
