Kiss me beneath the moonlight
and soothe away my fears.
This one last night all we have,
I fall asleep beside you
lost in your warm embrace.
Your beautiful eyes
promise me a lifetime of love
even if distance keeps us apart.
My beautiful angel,
my dangerous delight,
my devil of perfection.
All my hopes for the future are you.
All my prayers are for our love.
I memorize the touch of your hands,
the way you sigh and groan
beneath my touch,
the sound of your voice
telling me you love me,
the feel of your bare skin,
the color of your eyes,
and the perfection of your features.
I memorize everything about you,
storing it away for when I am alone.
My baby, my heart, my love,
a life without you is meaningless.
I only hope you truly feel the same
and will be there when I come home.
