I need to breathe but i can't
images of you invade my mind
but all this you don't see
my pain surrounds me
like the endless sky surrounds the earth
my tears fall upon the ground
but you still don't see.
this fiery anger burns through me.
this hate threatens to consume me.
all because of you.
all because you leave me--
tormenting me with your silence
and still you don't see
how you have betrayed me
how you've betrayed my trust
and now, as you walk away in silence,
the pain courses through me
because you still don't notice
what you mean to me.
