My soul rejoices.

he is my world.
I cannot believe the euphoria
which now floods my being.
Who would have thought

could change me deep inside.
Now instead of dying,
my entire being longs for life.
Eyes brown as the deepest earth
reach into my heart,
drawing forth emotions
I never knew existed.
Dancing through a world
where all I see is him.
The stars reflect
the inner glow
which now floods myself.
