One love, it's all that really counts,

when you say it too much it all amounts,

to the same shit i pick up when i work,

believing the public, all say i'm a jerk,

one love, it's all i have anymore,

the day i lost it all when she closed the door,

did i really ever feel happy before?

i can't remember those times anymore,

don't sleep, don't snore, i lied in the last line,

we should be together, it's way past time,

almost passed it's prime cause when i close my eyes,

it's you i see, so why can't i try?
