Death! How sweet you are! O! My dear,
I waited for long time, please come near!
How comfortable you are I can feel-
Distresses I bore! I can remember still!
My noble guest! How can I entertain?
With nothing I did my life maintain!
Death! My friend! Welcome in my hut!
I know dear, to me, you will never insult!
I am bearing a life so much disgraceful-
The blunder in my life made me such fool.
I am expecting you! In each and every second,
I am eagerly waiting to see my life’s end!
Death! My dear! Please hold my hand quick,
Can’t bear the pain anymore! It made me sick.
Do you want to hear a story of my life?
I am burning with pain, along with my wife!
I was put just on the crest of the pyre,
Our own blood, smiling turned on the fire.
Every moment I am approaching to terminate,
Death is not far away! It is not approximate!
What was my fault that I did in my past?
Why I have to bear the pain up to my last?
What was the sin? Please tell what I’ve done?
Why I am sad now? Why all hopes are gone?
Death! I want to embrace you in young age-
Before the time when anyone may take advantage!
My homage to you death! I am a helpless boy!
Please take me away! Before I see my destroy!
Take my gift! Last gift of mine! My last breathe-
Relieve me from pain, made insane- O dear Death!
