Friend can't you still see the light shining so bright?
Look inside your heart, you will find there just right.
I miss you as before from the day you have gone away,
You don't know that still I have lots of words to say.
Remember friend, together we made a secret promise,
Yet I am trying to find out the meaning of it, to surmise.
Why you are far away? Why you have become cruel?
I prinked a place in my heart only for you there to dwell.
Still you don't know I have made for you a tiny garden,
Without you it seems to me, nothing but a bothering burden.
You loved to read a book, containing full of romantic prose,
For you every day I collect the colorful soft petals of rose.
Don't know why you have stopped sending me letter,
I become breathless without those, you know it better.
You gave me something to see alone and to hide them,
I never told anyone till now, even never wrote in poem.
We loved to walk together along the shore of the river,
Bathing in the cold monsoon rain often brought us fever.
Friend, think today, how could you go leaving me alone?
In search of you, I had left all my works postpone.
You could take away my heart from me, when needed,
All my dreams are now dead and all are now embedded.
How could you forget, a plan together we made?
Even I die, I will never tolerate it to become fade!
Memories of you give my heart so much panic sprain,
By this wanton act, God knows which benefits they gain!
My past often claims to set it free, needs the ransom,
Everything is occupied by you, how can I pay lump some?
My friend, I have failed more to write in this page,
When I stand in front of a mirror, I only see your image.
