Icicles Dangling
From the red roof of my house
Like stalactites
Author's Notes/Comments:
Icicles are known to be ice that dangles down from different things. In this haiku I have the Icicles dangling from the roof of my house, because in every year in the winter I see them forming outside of my house. I think Icicles are just so peaceful and so strong, because they are able to hold them selves still on the roof or any other object they hang from. Not only that Icicles remind me of the winter they also remind me of the time when I visited Grotto Jeita in Lebanon, which is a place full of amazing stalactites.
