Desolation

Fear

My inevitable demise

All shall fall one day

All shall die one day

Sing a requiem for mankind

Liberate the lost soul

through the razor's grace

Liberate

in shards of glass

in tears of blood

pieces of death

falling to the ground

Vulnerable

Alone

lying in lifeless blood

I have become so cold

Old horrors return

to haunt

to paralyse

to freeze

to kill

Pray for me

Let there be no more darkness

Let there be no more death

Inescapable Death

Dress all in black

Bring a rose for the tomb

Toll the bell

Let them all know

Growing colder

Growing weaker

Growing still

I can't feel anymore

I can't breathe anymore

Fallen angels gather

to brush me with black wings

Am I damned?

Have you forsaken me?

Ashes to ashes

Dust to dust

In Death's arms I rest eternally

But where is paradise?
