At The Apostle Saint John's Last Words
During his dying, that old---and quite frail---man said,
"The Good News that the Father sent for our receiving
"is that we have Salvation through our Faith, believing,
"upon and in His Son, the Christ, His Sacred Word,
'in Scriptures we have left, when our voices are no more heard."
Not too long after he told us this, John's body was dead.
