I don’t understand,

What I do wrong,

All I do is try my best,

I try to stand above them all,

I try to stand above the rest,

But can you see,

These tears in me?

Can you see,

The pain inside?

Can you see what hurts me so?

I’m not as good as all the other guys.



It hurts to be this much alone,

It hurts me deeper than you think,

I look fine and I will laugh,

But I feel like a loveless pit.



I know I’m not the only one,

We can’t all get what we deserve,

But oh my god,

Just give me this,

And I would give her all the world.
