As I float above my funeral,

I can see everyone's heart,

They're burning,God, they're burning,

They're all falling apart.



The gates of heaven open,

And I no longer see rain,

But I can't go there now,

I've caused all of this pain.



So I turn away,

Tryin' to get back,

But I can't.

Somethin's pullin me away,

But I have to take this chance

I reach into my pocket,

Withdraw the army knife I kept,

And I take it out quickly,

And drive it through my head.



Now I'm falling back to Earth,

And I'm thrown into my body's place,

I open up my eyes,

The sun is shining in my face.



Everybody looks in awe,

As I come out of my coffin,

I'll explain this to them later,

I know this never happens often.



Now I'm gonna live each day,

Like it was gonna be my last,

With no fear, and no hatred,

Never looking back.
