My mind was on replay,
Of earlier tonight,
I saw him,
He smiled at me,
With his warm eyes,
His perfect smile,
His tall, muscular body.....

He somehow felt me staring at him,
He turned into my direction,
He gazed at my face for a long time,
Not knowing who I was,
Shock passed through me,
Had I really been that minor to him?
Then I realized,
I had sun glasses on.

Feeling rather dumb,
I ripped them off trying to look appealing,
But ended up looking stupid,
The glasses got caught in my hair.

For whatever reason,
He found it appealing.
That's when he smiled,
A mental picture I will keep forever.

I walk up,
He wraps me in a hug,
"I can't believe its you!" He said happily
"Me too....its been so long, you're so...tall." *awkward smile*
"Who is this?" His friend cut in
"Oh? This girl is like a little sister to me."
His arm squeezed my shoulder
My heart dropped 100 feet,
Then hit cement.

I enjoyed the night,
Laughing telling stories,
Best time of my life,
I wonder was it his?

We exchanged numbers,
I get a text later,
"Hey :) "
My heart pounds.
For whatever reason,
I felt an urge,
A surge of bravery,
I guess its because I wasn't looking at his face
"Do you ever think about me?
Do you miss me?
Were you happy that you saw me tonight?"
I waited,
And waited,
And waited.
Finally I recieved a reply,
I shiver with fear of the truth.

"Are you kidding me?.....
I love you
I've loved you since the first day we met
August 13, 2009 8:12 am.
In front of the cafeteria.
I loved you then,
I've loved you ever since.
When we dated,
Nothing could ever get me down.
When we broke up,
We just became friends,
I burned with agony,
Yet exploded with joy.
I loved you when you dated other guys,
I loved you when I dated other girls.
I thought about you,
When I had everything else to think about.
I dreamt of you,
When I usually don't dream at all.
I felt like crying when I moved to a new school.
I prayed to god that I would see you again....
......I am now blessed.
I wasn't going to say anything,
I didn't want to push my luck,
But you have been,
Always will be,
Forever and ever....
