In the quiet spaces between the dawn and day,
When shadows linger just a breath away,
We find our strength in the smallest of things,
In the warmth a simple morning brings.
A cup of coffee, cradled in our hands,
Is more than just a drink. It understands,
The weight of burdens that we bear each day,
The whispered hopes that guide us on our way.
We lean on the colours of a rising sun,
As night's last grip is gently undone.
There's a promise in those softened hues,
A faith renewed in every morning's news.
And when the day has worn us thin,
We find solace in familiar voices, kin.
A mother's words, tender and sweet,
Are the balm that makes our souls complete.
For in these moments, we reclaim our ground,
We gather strength where it's softly found.
We must believe that we can rise again,
That we can stand despite the pain.
In love, we must place our trust,
Believe that we are worthy, that we must,
Be chosen not despite, but for our flaws,
For in imperfection, there's a greater cause.
To care for others, to lift them high,
We must believe we are enough to try.
That in our hearts, we hold the light,
To guide them gently through the night.
And as we carve our paths anew,
We must believe in the truth we knew,
That we have the right to be who we are,
That our joy is valid, our dreams not far.
We are not alone in this vast sea,
Others see the soul we strive to be.
If we're to make it, we must believe,
In the growth, in the love we receive.
We are meant to be in this place,
With every tear, with every grace.
So hold on tight, and just believe,
In the power of the life we weave.
There is great wisdom in this
There is great wisdom in this poem.
