Like the Stars in the Sky

In twilight's tender grasp I stand alone,

Beneath the vast expanse of heaven's dome,

Where stars, like diamonds, in the darkened sea,

Wait patiently for dreams to set them free.

Each night they twinkle, distant and aloof,

Their secrets hidden, far beyond our proof,

Yet in our hearts, we feel their silent call,

To turn them into dreams that make us enthral.

For stars are empty places, so they seem,

Until we weave our wishes as a gleam,

Transforming voids into celestial homes,

Where dreams can bloom in night's celestial poems.

With whispered hopes, we cast our thoughts on high,

As shooting stars traverse the velvet sky,

And in those moments, magic does ignite,

When stars become the lanterns of our night.

Emotion fuels this transformation grand,

As hearts and dreams entwine in starry land,

From apathy to movement, we embark,

And in the dark, we kindle our own spark.

So let us gaze upon the starry sea,

Where dreams are born, and hearts find mystery,

For stars, though empty places far and wide,

Are homes for dreams, where hopes forever bide.
