Cherry blossoms to greet me here
chasing away the gloomy gray
bringing forth a much brighter day
Springtime flowers warmly appear
outside my porch, a fragrant scent
gloom is gone, no longer present.
Frozen days had stolen my cheer,
but winter woes and tears must flee
Earth’s rejoicing in magesty
Skies are happily blue and clear
warmer days are coming my way
colorful flowers bloom in May
Spring is singing that summer's near
free the gray from this heart of mine
warming me with springtime sunshine.
Cherry blossoms to greet me here
Springtime flowers warmly appear
Frozen days had stolen my cheer
Skies are happily blue and clear
Springtime is singing summer is near.
