When i told you that walking away from you,
Was the hardest thing ive ever had to do,
It was a lie.
The hardest thing ive ever done,
is try to fall asleep knowing your gone,
Gone for good this time.
Ive commited my crime,
Now it seems im soon to do my time.
Dont say i didnt try in this,
Dont tell me i wouldnt help you through it.
Now, the hardest thing for me is to actually do it.
The last time i saw you smile,
God, its been awhile.
The last time i saw you smile it was with him,
I never thought it mattered,
Until i realized that pretty little smile and wave did one thing,
As im walking away, i realized,
My smiles broken,
My light is gone,
My dreams are fading,
