My Love is adorned with jewels;
What a glorious sight!
The moonlight makes each one sparkle
As he comes to me in the night.
A fine golden chain surrounds him
Growing ever brighter.
The fire in his sapphire eyes
Renders his ivories whiter.
Rubies and diamonds drip from hands
That coax me wide awake.
If I'm just stargazing - dreaming -
It's one dream that I'll not forsake
For silvery streams of music
Swirl to the starry skies
And I hear the bass thrum gladly
As with the notes my spirits rise.
Emerald energy crackles,
Lighting the atmosphere.
My Love is a joyous treasure;
He is to me, so very dear.
My Love is adorned in brightness
He glows in pearlescence.
The starlight glints and shines off him.
