Burning me up,

Deep inside,

Destroying.

Hot ferocious flames

Blazing,

Turning to embers

Then ashes

A once whole being.

A silent scream

Rents the scorched fabric,

Filling my head

With echoes

Of fierce profound pain.

Agony.

No surcease.
