My soul's delight is ravishing-

A glory to behold!

The colours are incredible-

So beauteous and bold.



I am enraptured day and night-

Twice blessed, twice gifts given.

Have you never witnessed the sights-

Earth's etchings from Heaven?



The Sun, the Sun, the Sun of Earth-

Whether one's rich or poor,

Such a way to connect us all!

What heavenly allure!



It is the rise and fall of Sun,

As of a breathing chest,

That makes this living entity

Be welcome, as my guest.



Although I cannot embrace it,

Its kisses feed my soul.

The vibrancy is palpable-

This beauty has a role!
