Suddenly, I am wonderstruck-

Just right out of the blue

My mind is numb, my tongue is stuck

At my first sight of you.



From far away I hear your voice

Piercing my clouded brain,

Trying to bring me back to earth

Where I used to be sane.



My heart has leapt, my soul has stirred,

I'm in another world

Transported by the sight of you

When my emotions swirled.



I'm feeling dizzy and female,

So unresisting too-

All of this because I have had

My first great glimpse of you!



So, taking a steadying breath

And focusing ahead,

Spurred on by unwanted desire

I snarl, " Go 'way!" instead.
